Java-E UK - How to Cancel

If you have already received the items:

1. If possible, do not open the package that you get from us. We will accept returns in different packaging than we originally supplied (i.e. after you have opened the original packaging), but we will not be liable for any damage to the returned items if you have not packaged the item properly for its return.

2. All items must be returned in mint condition for the Right To Cancel to be valid/accepted.

3. Contact us by email before you re-package/send the items to us. We may want to suggest a specific postal option, and we may decide (depending on the situation) to pay part of that cost ourselves.

4. If you have contacted us, please wait for a reply, where we will let you know our preferred return delivery processes given the circumstances; we will give you all the details via email that you'll need for returning the items.

5. When returning items, you must use a recorded or registered postal service so that you can prove receipt of the items by us and also so that you can prove that you sent the items.

6. If you have opened the package prior to returning it, then make sure that all items (including any documents, invoices and certificates etc) that were originally in the package are put back into the package before you return it to us.

7. Send the items to our office address:
Simon Barnaby
Java-E UK
10 Stanfield Road
Ferndown
Dorset
BH22 9PA
United Kingdom

8. When we receive the items from you, by default we will refund your costs by the same way that you paid us (credit card, debit card, UK cheque, or UK Postal order) and we will email you when we have made/sent the payment. If you have paid by credit/debit card via WorldPay, we put in a request to WorldPay to credit your card/account - we still will not know any of your card details - only WorldPay will ever know those details - we use the Transaction ID that WorldPay give us for your purchase to allow them to identify your card/account to be credited).

If you have not yet received the items:

1. Contact us by email as soon as possible, telling us that you wish to cancel the order.

2. If you have not received the items, then your Right to Cancel period has not even started. If we have sent the items but you have not yet received them, then we will wait until you receive them and then process them as per a "received items" return as described above. If we have not yet sent the items then you will be given an immediate and full refund (including your charged postage/packing costs) without you having to take any extra steps.

3. By default we will refund your costs by the same way that you paid us (credit card, debit card, UK cheque, or UK Postal order) and we will email you when we have made/sent the payment.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RINGS:
In the event of undamaged/as-requested/non-personalised rings being returned, we will only refund the price of the actual ring - we will not refund postage/packing costs involved in our sending you the ring, or in your returning the ring to us. We are not liable if the ring does not physically fit you purely because you have asked for the wrong ring size. We ask that you find out your size before you order any rings from us - you can do this at most high street jewellers.
