Your Right To Cancel
You can change your mind about your order and return the items in their original packaging within 10 working days of you receiving the items from us and you will be given a full refund (as long as the items are still in mint condition). However, for such a change-of-mind, we will not refund any postage/packing costs unless the item(s) being returned are faulty (and then, only if those faults were not described at the point of sale, i.e. not a Bargain Bin item).
What is a Cooling-Off Period ?
This is also known as "Change of Mind" or "Right To Cancel". This applies if you have received our items (or your order is pending and has already been paid for) and you then change your mind about your purchase. For example, if you made a spur-of-the-moment decision to buy our products and afterwards you realise that you can't afford it or that it's not what you really wanted.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RINGS:
In the event of undamaged/as-requested/non-personalised rings being returned, we will only refund the price of the actual ring - we will not refund postage/packing costs involved in our sending you the ring, or in your returning the ring to us. We are not liable if the ring does not physically fit you purely because you have asked for the wrong ring size. We ask that you find out your size before you order any rings from us - you can do this at most high street jewellers.
