Java-E UK - Our Guarantee

Every item that we sell to our customers is sold with a FREE Guarantee ranging from 12 Months to a Lifetime.

Our guarantee states that:
"This item is guaranteed to have a reasonable product-life for the price paid and product description. If the product becomes defective or broken within 12 Months through normal use, then we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement or a repair. If a repair or replacement is not possible in the circumstances (e.g. if the product is no longer being produced or is irrepairable) then we will give a full refund."

The "12 Months" mentioned in the guarantee may vary depending on the item that you buy.

All of our jewellery has a 12 month guarantee, unless otherwise explicitly stated on our web-site (on the [Details] page for the product) and on your receipt.

If you believe that there's an intrinsic design/production fault in an item that you have bought from us but it does not become damaged/defective within your guarantee timescale, then please contact us for advice - we can not promise to replace/refund such items that fall outside the guarantee, but it is probable that if there is an intrinsic design/production fault then we will still offer a similar replacement/refund even outside the terms of the guarantee.

Wherever possible, if we (or one of our customers) spot a design/production fault in one of our products, then we will attempt to recall all those items from all customers who have purchased them and offer them a replacement/refund. Obviously we can only do this if the customers give us their name/address at the time of purchase, which is why we always ask our customers to provide their name/address to us when we sell items at Markets/Shops etc.

Java-E UK intends to be in business for the long-term, so it is in our interests that our customers remain happy with the service that they get from us, that is why our goodwill to our customers is so extensive.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RINGS:
In the event of undamaged/as-requested/non-personalised rings being returned, we will only refund the price of the actual ring - we will not refund postage/packing costs involved in our sending you the ring, or in your returning the ring to us. We are not liable if the ring does not physically fit you purely because you have asked for the wrong ring size. We ask that you find out your size before you order any rings from us - you can do this at most high street jewellers.
