Java-E UK - Our Returns Policy Summary

In addition to your statutory rights as a consumer (click on [Consumer Rights] on the left-side menu to see details of all your standard rights) which are not effected by any of our policies or contracts, and our own enhanced rights that we offer our customers as standard, there are also various third party options open to you in the event of any problems with our products/services.

Please click on the relevant options on the "Our Returns Policy" sub-options on the left-side menu to see details of what you should/can do for the various types of refunds/returns/problems that are relevant to your situation with us.

A summary of our policies is as follows:
For a change-of-mind (when there's nothing wrong with the product, but you just want to cancel the order), we will refund the cost of the item(s), but not the postage/packing costs. For damaged/incorrect items, we will refund all of your costs, including postage/packing costs, as well as any taxes that you had to pay upon import of the item(s). If you receive damaged items from us, we will ensure that you do not lose a single penny in any of your costs. We will even ensure that any of your corresponding currency conversion and bank charges are fully reimbursed by us.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RINGS:
In the event of undamaged/as-requested/non-personalised rings being returned, we will only refund the price of the actual ring - we will not refund postage/packing costs involved in our sending you the ring, or in your returning the ring to us. We are not liable if the ring does not physically fit you purely because you have asked for the wrong ring size. We ask that you find out your size before you order any rings from us - you can do this at most high street jewellers.
