Java-E UK Ring Sizes, Information, and Terms of Sale
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR RINGS:
In the event of undamaged/as-requested/non-personalised rings being returned (e.g. as a change-of-mind during your cooling-off period), we will only refund the price of the actual ring - we will not refund postage/packing costs involved in our sending you the ring, or in your returning the ring to us. We are not liable if the ring does not physically fit you purely because you have asked for the wrong ring size. We ask that you find out your size before you order any rings from us - you can do this at most high street jewellers.
The table below is a conversion chart to help you find your American ring size if you are used to using other sizes. It shows most ring sizes and measurements, from small ladies' sizes to very large men's sizes.
We stock/produce our rings in USA (American) sizes in increments of one half. Most of our rings are available in USA Sizes 8, 8 1/2, 9, 9 1/2, 10, 10 1/2, 11.
If you particularly like one of our rings and it's not available in (or very close to) your size, then please email us and we may produce it for you in your specified size at no extra cost to you - We don't like the idea of charging extra purely for creating a new size for a specific customer, as that new size will become available for all customers once the wax/mould has been created, so we don't see why the first customer should pay a premium when subsequent customers could get it for a normal price. Hence our general ring policy - if you want a ring in a size that we don't currently cater for, then just let us know and we'll try to produce it for you at no extra cost and then make it available to all our customers.
The size of the ring that you order from us will not usually effect the price, unless the cost of the raw materials are significantly higher for a larger size (e.g. platinum). Whenever you choose/change the size of a ring in your basket or in the product enlargement window, the price will automatically change once you press the [Save/Refresh] if the new size warrants such a change.
